At anytime we hold the rights to cancel any order, upon which the intended recipient will be notified via the appropriate contact details they have provided. We will refund the monies after the person has been notified.
You can cancel your order if you need to up to the time it ships - we of course hope you don't, but if circumstances arrive that require you to cancel the order, just give us a call or shoot us an email.

The Card Verification Number (CVN) is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card. CVN for Visa, MasterCard, BankCard and Diners is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.
CVN for American Express appears as a separate 4-digit code printed on the front of your card.
As the CVN is not embossed (like the card number) the CVN is not printed on any receipts, hence it is not likely to be known by anyone other than the card owner.
CVN is an anti-fraud measure being introduced by credit card companies worldwide. You are required to enter the CVN each time a payment is made and you are not present to sign a receipt, as for on-line transactions. We ask you to fill out the CVN here to verify that you actually hold the card you are using for this transaction, and to avoid anyone other than you from shopping with your card number. All information you submit is transferred over secure SSL connections.
* The name of this code differs per card company. You may also know it as the Card Verification Code (CVC), the Card Security Code or the Personal Security Code. All names cover the same type of information.

To return your item(s), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation No. (RMA#) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If there is a packing issue upon receiving your order from the Indio warehouse you must notify us within 5 days from receipt of delivery.
Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RMA#.
How to Return an Indio Product
Obtain your RMA# within 30 days of our receipt of your order via email by submitting your details, Alternatively call Indio on 02 0404 868 907 .
All products must be in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return
Please retain your postal receipt from Australia Post as we will ask to see this if we fail to receive your return package.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
