Indio (Aust) Pty Ltd cannot access your card details and your personal information is always encrypted when it is being transferred on line - there are laws about all this, and we adhere to them!

If you feel uncomfortable with using this system or with paying online, dont hesitate to contact us on +61 (02) 8084 0117 so we can process the payment for you.

If for any reason a Payment is incorrectly processed, due to user error or computer processing, indio will contact you and reserves the right to correct the amount accordingly.

Cancellations

At anytime we hold the rights to cancel any order, upon which the intended recipient will be notified via the appropriate contact details they have provided. We will refund the monies after the person has been notified.

You can cancel your order if you need to up to the time it ships - we of course hope you don't, but if circumstances arrive that require you to cancel the order, just give us a call or shoot us an email.

Australia Post - this service is with tracking and can take up to 2-7 business days (sometimes longer for regional areas).

Express Post service can take 1-3 days (sometimes longer for regional areas).

Courier Service is 1 day for the majority of locations and 3-5 days for some locations in VIC which are further out from Melbourne (mostly 39## postcodes).

Note: this service is only available to certain postcodes, if you can select it you are in a courier serviced area.

If you are not home a calling card is left and you may rearrange the delivery.

Redelivery arrangement can be made online by you for another day and you have the option to select “Leave without a signature”.

New Zealand orders have tracking and this service can take approximatey 5 business days (sometimes longer for regional areas).

WHAT IS MY CVN NUMBER?

The Card Verification Number (CVN) is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card. CVN for Visa, MasterCard, BankCard and Diners is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.

CVN for American Express appears as a separate 4-digit code printed on the front of your card.

As the CVN is not embossed (like the card number) the CVN is not printed on any receipts, hence it is not likely to be known by anyone other than the card owner.

CVN is an anti-fraud measure being introduced by credit card companies worldwide. You are required to enter the CVN each time a payment is made and you are not present to sign a receipt, as for on-line transactions. We ask you to fill out the CVN here to verify that you actually hold the card you are using for this transaction, and to avoid anyone other than you from shopping with your card number. All information you submit is transferred over secure SSL connections.

* The name of this code differs per card company. You may also know it as the Card Verification Code (CVC), the Card Security Code or the Personal Security Code. All names cover the same type of information.

Membership in our Indio VIP Program is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 16 years of age or older.
Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person.
Online membership outside of these 2 countries is accepted, however purchases will be charged per $AUD and there will be no in-store offers.
To enrol, you must provide your personal information as requested in the enrolment form. Any personal information you provide will be handled and may be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Membership will not be activated untill qualification of personal details are completed.
VIP cards/numbers cannot be used for purchases of gift cards or prior purchases.
VIP card, or VIP number needs to be presented at participating Indio stockists or login details entered via online vip site at time of purchase to receive special member savings. Savings and special sales, exclusive offers for members will be announced through future direct mail, online, email and text message communications.
While all care is taken to ensure FREE joining sample gifts are delivered to Indio VIP members, Indio can not guarantee dellivery and will not re-issue free samples in the case of members not receiving due to misfortunate freight reasons.
Indio will not fulfill FREE sample products if personal information is inaccurate.
International online access may be restricted, if access is provided any purchase made online by a VIP member will be in AUD $.
Indio may at our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate the Indio VIP Program at any time without prior notice.
In case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of the rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including the termination of Indio VIP Program participation.
By entering your mailing address, e-mail address and phone number on the enrolment form, you agree to receive marketing (including e-mail, mobile phone text messaging and/or voice messaging) information from Indio (Aust) Pty Ltd. You may request to be removed from any such mailing lists by contacting customer service on 02 8084 0117 or by writing to us at Indio VIP Program, PO Box 544, Balgowlah NSW 2093 or via the unsubscribe service within email. Depending on the terms of your mobile phone calling plan, you may incur a charge for received text messages. All promotions provide the ability to opt out of receiving future like promotions.
All interpretations of Indio VIP Program terms and conditions shall be at Indio (Aust) Pty Ltd sole discretion.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Further changes of the program or updates may occur, and if so Indio (Aust) Pty Ltd will advise members via written communication.
Employees of Indio (Aust) Pty Ltd, advertising and promotion agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the same household are ineligible.
Indio (Aust) Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Any Vouchers that are provided to members by way of email, mail or sms messages must be presented at time of purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount offer. Not redeemable for cash. vouchers are void if copied.
Indio VIP cards may be used at any participating Indio stockists in Australia and New Zealand.
Your enrolment information may be used by Indio (Aust) Pty Ltd and may be combined with other information that you submit online or offline to future carefully selected third party companies - so that they may inform you of offers, promotions and services.
Any claim brought in connection with these rules of the VIP Program will be governed by and must be brought in the courts of the State of NSW.

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 100% money back product satisfaction guarantee on products returned for any reason. If any of our products cause you dissatisfaction, you can return the unused portion of the product for a full refund, less delivery charges. The product's unused proportion remaining must be 50% or more.

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back.

For products that have been delivered in error we will refund the full value of the products and the costs of returning them.

If you are unsure which product is best for you then please call us or visit your local stockist.

Please note, we can only accept a reasonable number of returns from each customer.

To return your item(s), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation No. (RMA#) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If there is a packing issue upon receiving your order from the Indio warehouse you must notify us within 5 days from receipt of delivery.

Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RMA#.

How to Return an Indio Product

Obtain your RMA# within 30 days of our receipt of your order via email by submitting your details, Alternatively call Indio on 02 0404 868 907 .

All products must be in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return

Please retain your postal receipt from Australia Post as we will ask to see this if we fail to receive your return package.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Competition Terms & Conditions

Entry and participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
More than one entry per person is permitted.
The promotional period commences April 15th, 2016 (AEST) and closes 11.59pm (AEST) on 13th May, 2016.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Participants may enter the promotion as follows: in 30 words or less, answer the question:

Entries will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit and originality.
The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter and will be determined on May 20th, 2016. The winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided in their entry on May 26th, 2016.
There will be 2 prize winners (Plus 2 prize winners mum's) determined by the judges. Each Prize is valued at $550.30 AUD. Prizes will be delivered to each winner's nominated Australian address. Delivery charge to be paid for by the Promoter if within Australia otherwise postage to be primarily paid for by the prize winner. The promoter will subsidize $10 of delivery cost if a non Australia address. The promoter will not be liable for any duties incurred for international delivery.
Prize winners will need to provide their mum's contact address details for delivery of their prize.
All the winners must be minimum 16 years of age.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by that winner.
