The Card Verification Number (CVN) is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card. CVN for Visa, MasterCard, BankCard and Diners is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.
CVN for American Express appears as a separate 4-digit code printed on the front of your card.
As the CVN is not embossed (like the card number) the CVN is not printed on any receipts, hence it is not likely to be known by anyone other than the card owner.

You are required to enter the CVN each time a payment is made and you are not present to sign a receipt, as for on-line transactions. To return your item(s), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation No. (RMA#) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If there is a packing issue upon receiving your order from the Indio warehouse you must notify us within 5 days from receipt of delivery.
Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RMA#.

All products must be in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return
Please retain your postal receipt from Australia Post as we will ask to see this if we fail to receive your return package.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
